U.S. youth soccer is moving to an August 1 – July 31 age group cycle.
U.S. Youth Soccer is moving to a new age group cycle running August 1 – July 31. Players will now be grouped based on their age as of August 1, rather than the previous calendar-year system. This change is designed to better align with school-year groupings and create a more consistent experience for players and teams.

BYSA will implement PlayMetrics platform
Beginning with the Fall 2026 season, BYSA will be using PlayMetrics as our new club management platform. PlayMetrics is an all-in-one system that helps streamline registration, team communication, scheduling, and payments making everything easier to manage in one place. More details and setup information will be shared soon, so keep an eye out!

Fall Registration will open on June 8
Registration for the BYSA Fall Season will open on June 8, 2026 and close on June 30, 2026. Don’t miss your chance to be part of a season focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship! Be sure to sign up during the registration window—late entries may not be accepted. More details coming soon!
